Ben is an expert in the law of property and construction, having practiced in and adjacent to these areas for his entire career. His skills include advising in relation to construction tenders and contracts, defect and delay claims, insurance disputes, Security of Payment Act claims, planning and strata laws and other property-related matters.
Competent at managing a wide range of complex and sizable disputes, Ben is well versed on handling matters in the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and District Courts for both plaintiffs and defendants.
